And I'm giving you the exact system I built.
The finished video. Tap for sound.
Long pauses. Awkward restarts. No captions.
Trimmed, captioned, animated, and ready for review.
Same video. Same person. Except this time, I didn't spend my afternoon editing it.
“I’m obsessed with it after just the first day, it’s making me actually look forward to today’s post!
It was so much faster to edit, and something I didn’t expect and probably my favorite thing was that it made editing “not boring”. Because it’s a back and forth conversation with Claude I actually look forward to it and look forward to seeing what the end result is. I love that if I didn’t love something I just told her and she fixed it.
I fixed dinner while she edited but she was so fast she had it done before I had dinner done. With 2 videos!”
You scrub back and forth over the same three seconds trying to find exactly where the um starts. You drag a caption left, then right, then back to where it was. You try four fonts and go with the first one. You open the sound effects, scroll for a bit, and close them again.
It's 10:40pm. The laptop is hot on your legs. You've been on this one video since everyone went to bed, and you're still not happy with it.
Then you export it, watch it back, and it's… fine. Nothing like the ones sitting in your saved folder. Just fine.
And by the time you're done, you're already dreading the next one.
So you post less. You skip a week. Then two. And eventually you stop making talking videos altogether, because who has time for all that?
That's exactly why I built this.
I wanted to be able to record a video, hand it over to Claude, and go do my laundry while it edited everything for me. And now I can.
No pausing. No starting the sentence over. No deleting. One take, whatever comes out of your mouth.
Then you hand it over and walk away. My editor goes through it, keeps your best take, cuts the pauses and the dead space, and adds your captions, your hook, animations and graphics.
All of it happens while you're cooking dinner, putting a load of laundry on, picking the kids up, or having the nap you've been putting off.
Then you come back, and your video is sitting there finished, waiting for you to approve it.
“It’s way more fun than editing myself. The finished product is like opening a creative little present to myself. You’re a genius!”
“Thank you, Sarah! 🙏 WOWSA I just tried it. Crazy! Amazing work!!”
“It made the process so simple. The bit I hate most is editing so thank you for making this easy.”
“It’s unbelievable how much your Claude x CapCut system helps and how jam packed it is with super smart information and templates. What it comes back with after looking at the initial video is mind blowing, how it knows what we want done with it.”
You're not buying an app, and you're not buying a pile of prompts. You're getting a guided setup for your own Claude powered editing workflow, running on your computer, through CapCut. I built it, I use it every day, and I walk you through building the same thing.
It takes one sitting to set up and the guide assumes you've never done any of this. You pick your templates, fonts and colours once, so it learns how you like your videos edited instead of you explaining it every time. After that, every video goes like this.
every um, pause and restart
One take. 4:12, pauses and all. You stop here.
While you're cooking, folding laundry, or asleep.
A CapCut draft. 1:48. Change anything, then post.
The only two boxes you touch are the first and the last one.
You get a CapCut draft, not a locked file, so there's no going back and forth with AI trying to get it right. Don't like a caption or a cut? Change it yourself in ten seconds and keep the draft.
Your actual draft, open. Every caption, clip and font still there to change.
Follow a creator whose videos always look good? Upload a few of theirs and my editor will do its best to match the look on yours.
Upload a few of theirs. Yours comes back looking like that.
Upload your fonts, give it your colours, and it applies them for you. Every video comes back looking like it belongs to you.
Load them once. It remembers.
Record a week of content in one sitting, hand the lot over, and go have a nap. You'll wake up to a week of finished videos that look better than anything you'd have cut yourself.
This is me, every Sunday afternoon.
These are real screens from the templates, not mockups. Each one sets how your hook and your pop-up words look, and you tell Claude which one you want in a sentence. Every word stays editable in CapCut after.
Tall, punchy headline letters with yellow highlights and a black outline. Loud and direct.
Best for: Fitness, myth-busting, hard truths
Bubbly pink, yellow and blue lettering with a dark outline. Bright and friendly.
Best for: Small shops, product sellers, crafts
White italic serif with a fine line underneath, and sparkles on the pop-up words.
Best for: Skincare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle
One warm butter-yellow italic headline with handwritten-style captions. Cosy and personal.
Best for: Recipes, cosy storytelling, personal updates
A cream serif headline stacked between two fine lines. Editorial and calm.
Best for: Travel, explainers, talking-head essays
Thin, elegant type with spaced-out cream and gold lines. Lots of breathing room.

Crisp sans-serif with a white box behind the headline and blue pills for the pop-ups.
Best for: Careers, finance, service providers, how-to
Each screen above uses an example from a different niche, but every template works for any topic. Your video shows your own hook and your own words. And you're not stuck with one, use a different template every day if you want.
The whole setup, start to finish, on Mac and on Windows.
All built from free CapCut fonts so they work on any machine.
Feed it a creator's videos to match their look, or load your fonts and colours so every video comes back as yours.
Hand it a week of content at once and let it work through the lot.
Every prompt written out to copy and paste, and setup walked through from opening a Claude account to your first finished video.
The ones I run on my own videos once you're past the basics.
